The selectee will serve as the Chief of the Budget Division within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the National Transportation Safety Board's (NTSB) senior technical authority and principal advisor to the Chief Financial Officer on all matters relating to agency budget formulation, budget execution, strategic resource planning, appropriations law, financial stewardship, and budget policy.
