Refund Policy

This policy covers Standard ($49) and Featured ($99) job posts. Each post runs for 30 days from the day it is published.

Before your post is published

If we reject your post, or you cancel before it is published, you get a full refund.

After your post is published

Ask within 7 days of publishing and we will refund you in full if the post had a problem we caused, such as a broken listing or wrong plan. Otherwise, published posts are not refundable, because the listing has already run.

No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee how many people will view, click or apply to your post, the quality of applicants, or that you will make a hire. You are paying for your job to be listed for 30 days (and, for Featured, the extra placement described on the Post a job page), not for a result. Refunds are not given for low or no applicant response, low views or clicks, or not filling the role.

Posts we remove

If we remove a post because it breaks our Terms of Use (for example, a staffing agency post or a misleading job), we may not refund it.

Filling the job early

You can ask us to take your post down at any time. This does not come with a refund.

How to ask

Email veyrifiedlabs@gmail.com with your company name and job title. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we approve them.
