Portable Mission (“we”, “us”) is operated by Veyrified Labs LLC, based in Arizona, USA. This policy explains what we collect on portablemission.com and your choices. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
If you are looking for a job
You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email or résumé. When you choose a state, we remember it in your own browser (local storage) so you don't have to pick it again; it never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings. When you click “Apply”, you leave our site and the employer's or USAJOBS' own privacy policy applies.
If you post a job
We collect what you type into the form: company name, company website, your work email, job details, an optional logo link, and the plan you choose. When payments are on, Stripe processes your payment; we never see or store your card number. We receive a payment confirmation from Stripe.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this to build profiles or for advertising.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
No sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We disclose information only to service providers that help us run the site (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments), or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Job posts are removed from the site after 30 days. We keep submission and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, and to delete it, and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. Because we don't sell or share data, there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, email veyrifiedlabs@gmail.com. We will confirm your request using the email address you posted with, and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent.
Arizona and other US states
We are based in Arizona and follow applicable US federal and state law, including Arizona's data breach notification law. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, you can use the same email to make a request and we will honor it as that law requires.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with Cloudflare. No method is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
