These terms are an agreement between you and Veyrified Labs LLC (“we”), which runs Portable Mission. By using the site you agree to them.
What we are
Portable Mission is an independent job board. We list jobs from employers' public job boards, from USAJOBS, and from employers who pay to post. We are not an employer, staffing agency or recruiter.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Office of Personnel Management, USAJOBS, the Military Spouse Employment Partnership, DoD SkillBridge, or any listed employer. Names are used only to describe where a job or program comes from.
Job information may be wrong
Job details come from employers and public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including pay, location rules and whether a job is still open. We label how we read each job's location, but we may get it wrong. Always confirm the details on the original posting before you apply or make decisions.
No guarantee of employment
Using the site does not guarantee an interview, job offer or hire. Hiring decisions are made only by employers.
Employers who post
If you post a job, you confirm that you are authorized to post for the company, that the job is real and open, that the information is accurate, that the application link goes to your own careers site or applicant tracking system, and that the job complies with employment and anti-discrimination laws. We may edit formatting, reject or remove any post, including posts from staffing agencies or recruiters. Posts run for 30 days from publishing. Fees and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site in a way that harms it, try to break its security, or post anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
Third-party sites
Apply links take you to other sites. We are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Veyrified Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Indemnity
Employers who post agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by their posts or by breaking these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
